Eye Lens Sensitivity
The lens of the eye is among the most radiation-sensitive tissues in the body. Repeated occupational exposure is linked to radiation-induced cataracts.

The recommended occupational radiation dose limit for the eye lens is 20 mSv per year. One study found 24% of interventional staff exceeded it without eye protection.*
Tested Protection
